Bulldozer will run on house of history-sheeter Rohit Tomar

Raipur. There are preparations to oust Rohit Tomar, the goon-crook who assaulted a man at midnight in the Hyper Club restaurant on VIP Road. The police have applied to the collector to transfer Tomar to the district jail. Meanwhile, the legal process has been initiated to be cancelled all bail granted in old cases. Along with this, in view of Rohit’s old record, the police has also filed an application to run bulldozer on his illegal property. After getting permission from the administration, bulldozer can run on his house. Police officials said that a recommendation has just been made. The order has not been made because more than half a dozen cases are registered against Rohit and his brother Virendra Tomar in different police stations. Both the brothers have been to jail before.

That night, Vikas Aggarwal and Rohit Tomar reached Hyper Club with their friends at around 10 pm on Saturday night. A video from inside the club has also surfaced in which both are seen dancing . Vikas is in the lobby below while Rohit is standing above and dancing. There, an argument started between them. After the party was over, both of them came out. A dispute started over an old love affair with a girl. That girl was also present in the club. Actually the girl who used to be Vikas’s girlfriend earlier was with Rohit. Both were friends. There was a dispute going on between them for a year. There were many face-to-face encounters over issue . Both of them had also threatened to see each other. On Saturday, both of them faced each other. In anger, Rohit Tomar along with his henchmen broke all the glass and doors of Vikas Aggarwal’s SUV. In retaliation, Vikas Aggarwal fired at Rohit Tomar with his licensed pistol. Raipur ASP Lakhan Patle said, old records of both are being extracted. Nine cases are registered against Rohit.

It’s learnt that District Collector will take action in the coming time. However, action has been taken to cancel the license of Vikas’s gun.
