Raipur Press Club elections concludes: Prafulla Thakur became new president, Sandeep is vice president

Raipur. After 5 years, the Press Club elections were concluded in Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh, after which the counting of votes was done, Prafulla Thakur became the new President of Raipur Press Club, Sandeep Shukla became the Vice President, General Secretary Vaibhav Shiv Pandey, Joint Secretary – Trupti Soni. Treasurer Raman Halwai, Joint Secretary Bamleshwar (Arvind) Sonwani have registered victories.

It may mentioned that the elections of Raipur Press Club were held on the orders of the High Court. In which elections were conducted for the first time by the district administration. A total of 27 candidates were in the fray in the elections for 6 posts from 5 panels. There was fierce competition among the candidates.
