On the thirteenth day of the proceedings of Chhattisgarh Assembly, a question was raised regarding road construction under DMF item in Bilaspur division and illegal occupation of government land in Hathkhoz of Bhilai. To which Minister Shyambihari Jaiswal and Industries Minister Lakhanlal Dewangan replied.
Question on road construction: Bilha MLA Dharamlal Kaushik has approved roads for the Pradhan Mantri Sadak Yojana in Bilaspur and Mungeli. Which is from 2021. When will the tender process for this work be completed? Minister Shyambihari Jaiswal replied to this question. Shyambihari said that the tender process is detailed and the work will start soon. On this, MLA Dharamlal Kaushik said that the condition of roads in the state is bad and some roads have been approved. The situation in rural areas is worse due to which the villagers are angry. I want to tell the Minister that the tender process is not detailed. Which will continue. When the amount has been sanctioned then why is the work on that road not being done? Then we will give some time limit for this work.
Will start the work soon: On the question of MLA Dharamlal Kaushik, Minister Shyambihari Jaiswal said that this work will be done soon because the tender cannot be opened before time. As soon as the deadline of the tender will be completed. The work will be distributed after opening the tender.
