2 min readRaipur. ACB, EOW has conducted raids in many districts including the capital Bilaspur, Durg. ACB EOW team is raiding 13 warrant places issued in the FIR case registered in liquor scam. This raid has been carried out in continuation of the liquor scam of Rs 6,000 crore conducted by ED last year. ACB EOW teams are investigating the locations of Anil Tuteja including Bhatia Distillery in Bilaspur Sargaon, Welcome Distillery in Kota, Kedia Distillery in Kumhari Durg, Anwar Dhebar in Raipur, Vivek Dhand. The names of all these are also included in the ED charge sheet. EOW had conducted a thorough review of the FIR by holding a meeting with law officers two days ago. Official confirmation has not been made yet.
Chhattisgarh’s much-discussed liquor scam case is once again in the news, after ED IT, now the state’s anti-corruption bureau and EOW team have started tightening the noose. Early in the morning, EOW and ACB teams conducted raids in many districts including the capital Raipur, Bilaspur, Durg. The hideouts of people involved in liquor scam have been raided simultaneously. This raid has once again created a stir.
According to sources, in the early morning the EOW and ACB team raided 13 warrant locations issued in the FIR registered in the liquor scam. In this, action is being taken against businessmen in many districts including Raipur, Bilaspur, Durg. It is being told that the ACB-EOW team has raided the premises of Anil Tuteja including Bilaspur, Bhatia Distillery located in Sargaon, Welcome Distillery in Kota, Kedia Distillery in Kumhari Durg, Anwar Dhebar based in Raipur, Vivek Dhand. In this regard, while discussing with the media, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai said that this is a routine action.
