Mall road will be built in Mainpat on lines of Shimla-Manali: Tourism Minister Aggarwal

Raipur. Tourism Brijmohan Aggarwal announced an amount of Rs 2 crore to develop various facilities in the tourist places of Mainpat on the concluding occasion of the three-day Mainpat Mahotsav. On this occasion he said that Mainpat is the most beautiful tourist destination of Chhattisgarh. Along with the development of tourist places, he talked about building a mall road here on the lines of Shimla and Manali.

Tourism Minister Aggarwal said that Chhattisgarh is the maternal birthplace of Lord Shri Ram. Mother is Kaushalya’s mother and Lord Ramlala is our uncle. There is a plan to develop all the places related to the arrival of Lord Shri Ram in Chhattisgarh as tourist destinations. He said that Lord Shri Ram arrived in Ramgarh of Surguja and the first theater is also in Ramgarh. Local people get employment due to increase in tourist destinations. In the coming times, people from all over the country and abroad will come to see Mainpat Mahotsav, we will take Mainpat to those heights.

Tourism Minister Aggarwal said that the devotees coming to Ayodhya to have darshan of Lord Shri Ram Lalla, the tourists visiting Ayodhya and Banaras will reach Mainpat after the opening of Ambikapur airport. Due to which tourism will become a major source of employment in Mainpat. He said that arrangements are also being made for tourists to stay in motels built by the government.
Women and Child Development and Social Welfare Minister Lakshmi Rajwade, Sitapur MLA Shri Ram Kumar Toppo, Lundra MLA Prabodh Minj, Ambikapur MLA Rajesh Aggarwal, distinguished citizens Anil Singh Major, Akhilesh Soni, local representatives and a large number of common people were present.
