Youth murdered in front of IG office

Bhilai. A case of murder of a youth has come to light in front of the IG office in 32 Bungalow Sector-9 of Bhilai city. The accused killed him by throwing a stone on his head. The deceased has been identified and now the police have started searching for the accused. To trace the accused, the footage of CCTV cameras installed on the route from Durg to Bhilai including the IG office is being examined. However, no information has been received yet about the accused.
The dead body of a young man was found in the bushes in front of the 32 Bungalow IG office. The deceased has been identified as Sheikh Shahrukh Khan (27), resident of Takiya Para Durg. Apart from his parents and two younger brothers, he lived with his grandmother and worked at a stand in Indira Market, Durg. Some unknown accused murdered him with a big cement stone. Looking at the dead body, it is suspected that he was murdered . To trace the accused of murder, along with the footage of CCTV cameras, the call details of the deceased are also being scrutinized so that it can be known with whom he was last seen before the murder and with whom he had talked on the phone. Different police teams have started investigating the case.

A preliminary investigation has revealed that Sheikh Shahrukh had an inter-caste marriage nine years ago, but his marriage did not last long and he got divorced after two years of marriage. After the divorce, his wife started living separately with their child. After this he lived with his grandmother. Family background is also normal. The father of the deceased lives in Durg and works as an auto driver. Old rivalry could also be the reason for the murder. Therefore, his old dispute is also being investigated.
