Ameesha Patel to pay Rs 2.75 cr in cheaque bounce case

Mumbai (Team Newsbuddy). A case of fraud was going on against Ameesha Patel in Ranchi since 2018. However, now this check bounce case has been resolved in the National Lok Adalat. A settlement was reached through court mediation between Ameesha Patel and complainant Ajay Kumar Singh. Now Ameesha Patel has agreed to pay Rs 2.75 crore to complainant Ajay Kumar Singh in five installments. Not only this, the actress has also handed over a check of Rs 20 lakh to Ajay Kumar Singh as the first installment.

It’s said that in the National Lok Adalat held in Ranchi, both the parties connected through video conferencing. During this, High Court Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad talked to both the parties and made a compromise between the two. According to the agreement, Ameesha will pay Rs 50 lakh in the second installment, Rs 70 lakh in the third, Rs 62 lakh in the fourth and the last installment on July 31, 2024, will pay Rs 62 lakh.
