Modi government hatching conspiracy to stop railway travel facility in country: Congress

Raipur : Modi government’s claim of laying the foundation stone of new railway projects and so-called rejuvenation of 508 railway stations across the country under Amrit Bharat Yojana is a deception with the people of the country. State Congress Communication Department President Sushil Anand Shukla said that the Modi government is conspiring to close down passenger trains and rail facilities. Passenger trains are being stopped across the country, passenger trains are canceled suddenly, passenger trains do not run for hours. There is a delay of two days in such a situation, what will be the benefit of making the railway stations beautiful and bright? When the facilities provided to the common man from the Railways will be abolished, then what benefit will people get from the beauty of the railway stations of their cities?

Modi government is cheating the public by booking train tickets in advance and preparing for commuting. It has been more than 8 months since trains are being suddenly suspended.

Railways stopped all the facilities available to the public. Facilities for the elderly, disabled and students were removed. Ticket sales were stopped at the railway station and ticket prices were increased. Modi government has become so cruel, inhuman and irresponsible that express trains are canceled midway before reaching the destination and announce that the train will not go further. Since before independence, railways have been the most important means of travel for the common man. Modi government has destroyed it.
