IPS Rahul Bhagat gets additional charge of Secretary of Good Governance, Convergence Department

Raipur. The state government has assigned the additional charge of Secretary of the Good Governance and Convergence Department to Indian Police Service officer Rahul Bhagat. It’s said that recently the Government has formed this department.

For successful implementation of public welfare policies of the state government, best possible utilization of available resources and prompt resolution of public problems, a new Good Governance and Convergence Department has been constituted separately in the state administration. With the formation of this department, along with better administration, easy access of public welfare schemes of the government to the public will be ensured. Under digital governance, transparency will be ensured by promoting digitalization at all levels of administration.
