Moira Cup MP Snooker Championship:Hrithik Jain , Mahendra Chauhan in top eight

Indore: (Sports Newsbuddy) The Moira Cup MP Snooker Championship, organized by Madhya Pradesh Billiards and Snooker Association and sponsored by Moira Sariya, is being played at the Billiards Academy located at Nehru Stadium.

Interesting matches are being played in the competition. Hrithik Jain of Indore easily defeated Anmol Chauhan 3-0 and became the first player to reach the top 8. Mahendra Chauhan of Indore also reached the top 8 by defeating Prince Sharma 3-0.

In other league matches, Shubham Karare defeated Abbas Ansari 2-1, Virendra Sharma Ratlam defeated Rajendra Mahore Bhopal 2-0, Sandeep Yadav Bhopal defeated Rohtak Dabur 2-0, Harshit Sharma defeated Abu Rehman Bhopal 2-1, Divya Prakash defeated Gaurav Tiwari 2-1, Ken Simon defeated Ankush Lunawat 2-0, Sachin Parihar defeated Ritwij Kasliwal 2-0, Himanshu Kharade defeated Vipul Ambekar 2-0 and Tathya Sachdev defeated Samrat Khutal 2-1 and entered the next round.
