Bail granted : Elvish Yadav still in jail!

New Delhi. YouTuber Elvish Yadav, who was jailed on charges of supplying snake venom, got bail, but still he has not been able to come out. Elvish had to spend one more night in jail. Noida Jail Administration will present Elvish in Gurugram court soon.
Police in lurch
Gurugram Police had applied for the production warrant of Elvish Yadav in Noida court, which was approved by the court. A case of assault is registered against Elvish in Sector 53 of Gurugram. When Noida Police arrested Elvish Yadav, after that Gurugram Police had applied for a production warrant to interrogate Elvish. After which the court allowed Gurugram Police to interrogate the production warrant.
At the same time, now Noida Jail Administration will present Elvish Yadav in Gurugram court . The Gurugram court will decide what to do next. On Friday, the hearing on his bail was held in the lower NDPS court. The court has granted bail to Elvish Yadav on a bail bond of Rs. 50,000 each. After spending 5 days in Luxor jail, Elvish Yadav will now return home, but it is not certain now whether he will be able to go home or not.
Elvish’s lawyer says
Elvish Yadav’s lawyer Prashant Rathi told the media that he told the court that Elvish Yadav has been falsely implicated in this case.
