Tennis coach dies of heart attack during training

While training players at the New International Tennis Stadium in Jora, the capital, tennis coach Sharad Kumar Rajput suffered a heart attack. During this, he died on the tennis court itself. It is being told that he died on the evening of March 29 at around 5:30 pm.
The deceased had come to Raipur from Delhi to participate in the Asian Under 14 Tennis Competition. While he was training the players, he suddenly fell on the ground. During this, an attempt was made to give him CPR. He was also rushed to the hospital on the spot, but his life could not be saved. The players present there were stunned to see the incident.
Giving information about the incident, Tennis Association General Secretary Gurucharan Singh Hora said that while training the players, he suddenly fell on the ground. An attempt was made to give him CPR immediately. He was rushed to the hospital in a hurry, but his life could not be saved. He told that Sharad Rajput was a resident of Chhatarpur South Delhi. He was a member of a well-known tennis family of Delhi.
Tournament coordinator Rupendra Chauhan told that after the post mortem his body was handed over to his family members who had come from Delhi. The family members left for Delhi by air with the body. His last rites will be performed on Sunday. Before the prize distribution of ITF Junior, in the presence of the officials of Chhattisgarh Tennis, the players paid tribute to him by observing two minutes of silence.
