Responsibility leads to development of administrative skills: CA Chetan Tarwani

Raipur. Suhini Soch Sanstha organized an officer training program to develop harmony and leadership skills in the society. The program started with Gayatri Mantra, the program was conducted by the organization’s member Renu Krishnani. This training program was organized in Vrindavan Hall. President of Chhattisgarh Sindhi Panchayat Mahesh Daryani and State President of Chhattisgarh Youth Wing Vikas Ruparela were present as chief guests in the seminar. While giving information about this seminar, the founder of the organization, Manisha Tarwani, President Diksha Budhwani and Secretary Poonam Bajaj said that the former President and Chief Trainer of the organization, Vidya Gangwani, while guiding her workers according to their position, said that ‘If we want to achieve success, we cannot only imagine, but we will also have to do good deeds.’ She said that the main difference between the general member and officer of the organization is that the general member is among those who complain and the officer is among those who listen to complaints. Also, Co-Trainer Karishma Kamalani told how to balance family responsibilities and the responsibilities of the organization. Mahesh Daryani and Vikas Ruparela wished all the office bearers a bright future. CA Chetan Tarwani, National Treasurer of Bharatiya Sindhu Sabha, also shared his experiences and said that taking responsibility develops the art of leadership.
