EC appoints observers for Kanker, Mahasamund , Rajnandgaon LS constituencies

The Election Commission of India has appointed General Observer, Police Observer and Expenditure Observer for the general elections in Kanker, Mahasamund and Rajnandgaon Lok Sabha constituencies. The Commission has appointed Dr. M.T. Reju, 2005 batch officer of Indian Administrative Service as General Observer, M. Rakesh Chandra Kalasagar, 2011 batch officer of Indian Police Service as Police Observer and Sandeep Mondal, 2014 batch officer of Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax) as Expenditure Observer for Kanker Lok Sabha constituency.
The Election Commission of India has appointed Shashi Ranjan of Indian Administrative Service as General Observer, Yogendra Kumar, 2014 batch officer of Indian Police Service as Police Observer and Praveen Ranjan of Indian Defense Accounts Service (IDAS) as Expenditure Observer for Rajnandgaon Lok Sabha constituency. For Mahasamund Lok Sabha constituency, Dr. Samit Sharma, an Indian Administrative Service officer of 2004 batch has been appointed as General Observer and M Rakesh Chandra Kalasagar, an Indian Police Service officer of 2011 batch has been appointed as Police Observer. The Commission has appointed Manish Kumar Dabas, an Indian Revenue Service officer of 2014 batch for Mahasamund district under Mahasamund Lok Sabha constituency and Ram Prabhu Uday R, an Indian Revenue Service officer of 2016 batch for Dhamtari and Gariaband districts as Expenditure Observer.
