Raipur (Team Newsbuddy): Leader of Opposition Charandas Mahant has got into trouble in the hate speech case against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. On the instructions of the Election Commission, an FIR has been registered against Leader of Opposition Charandas Mahant. The Election Commission had directed the Chief Electoral Officer of Chhattisgarh to take action in the matter this evening itself. The Chief Electoral Officer had sent a letter of action to the District Electoral Officer cum Collector of Rajnandgaon in this matter. After the letter was sent to the district administration register an FIR. The case has been registered at the police station on the complaint of Rajnandgaon Tehsildar Atul Vishwakarma.

This case was registered in Rajnandgaon Kotwali.
