PM Modi calls people of Chhattisgarh fools – Vandana Rajput
2 min readRaipur (Team Newsbuddy) : State Congress spokesperson Vandana Rajput fiercely targeted the central government over inflation and said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi, coming to Chhattisgarh, says that people are not able to understand inflation, which means that the innocent tribals of Bastar are fools. Narendra Modi is calling the public fools to hide his failures. He came to power with the promise of reducing inflation in 100 days and ever since the BJP government has come to power, the prices of daily life items have increased wildly. Unbridled inflation has broken the backbone of the people. Unbridled inflation is creating a crisis in the kitchen today.
Targeting the central government, state Congress spokesperson Vandana Rajput alleged that unemployment has reached record levels and inflation is skyrocketing and inequality has reached its peak along with rural India grappling with a serious crisis. Vandana Rajput claimed that this situation has arisen due to the wrong policies of the Center. “All the alarm bells ringing in the Indian economy are not heard only by Prime Minister Modi. During his tenure, unemployment in India has reached record levels, inflation is skyrocketing, there has been no increase in real wages. There has been a decline in many sectors, rural India is facing a serious crisis and inequality is at its peak.” State Congress spokesperson Vandana Rajput said, “According to a report, the level of domestic debt has increased to about 40 percent of the gross domestic product (GDP) by December 2023. This is the highest ever. Apart from this, domestic savings have also reached a 47-year low. Net financial savings have come down to five percent of GDP.” According to her, the report states that this ‘surprising’ decline in savings is due to low income growth.
