Deputy Chief Minister Sao made a scathing attack on the statement of Congress national spokesperson and other leaders, said: Congress, which considers Naxalites as martyrs, has worked with the same mentality in Bastar for 5 years

This is a very shameful of Congress, which maintains brotherhood with Naxalites, for this statement of its, Congress should apologize unconditionally to the people of entire state and Bastar: Arun Sao

Raipur (Team Newsbuddy): Chhattisgarh Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao has strongly attacked the Congress for calling the Naxalites killed in the Kanker encounter as martyrs and said that this thinking of the Congress is another living proof of its being completely bankrupt ideologically. Sao said that the Congress is becoming so poor at the level of ideas that now it is not averse to calling terrorists, Naxalites as martyrs. Calling Naxals ‘misguided’ and ‘innocent’, Congress is now calling them martyrs. The Deputy Chief Minister of the state, Sao said that it is very unfortunate that the National Spokesperson of Congress has called the Naxalites killed in the encounter as martyrs. Through this political character of its, Congress has attacked democracy, attacked the security forces of the country and their bravery. This is an attack on the people of Chhattisgarh and Bastar. This is a very shameful statement and the way Congress had thrown Chhattisgarh into the fire of Naxalism in the last 5 years, this statement of the National Spokesperson of Congress is enough to prove this vile mentality of Congress. Sao said that former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, suffering from the frustration of his failure and incompetence on the Naxalite front during his tenure, on one hand attacks the morale and valor of the security forces by calling the Kanker encounter fake, while on the other hand the National Spokesperson of Congress insults public sentiments by calling the Naxalites as martyrs. Former Chief Minister Baghel did not feel any shame in calling the bravery of the injured soldiers in this encounter fake because during his regime, on one hand, the Naxalites were carrying out a series of target killings of BJP leaders, officials and public representatives under political protection, threats were given to cut and kill BJP election campaigners in a crowded meeting in the presence of a Congress MLA, while on the other hand, the Naxalites were demonstrating cowardice by shedding the blood of soldiers by detonating ammunition and the previous Bhupesh government of Congress was sitting with its tail between its legs in front of the Naxalite threat of not cremating those martyred soldiers in their native villages. The people of Chhattisgarh have not forgotten this shameful attitude of the Bhupesh government of Congress. Saw said that the Congress, which considers the Naxalites as martyrs, has worked with the same mentality in Bastar for 5 years. This is the only political character left of the Congress now and it has become a puppet of the extremist Maoists.
