DRM inaugurates first Gati Shakti Cargo Terminal of Raipur Railway Division

Raipur (Team Newsbuddy): To promote infrastructure in the country, Railways has started Gati Shakti Cargo Terminals. Through this, a policy has been made for railway consumers keeping in mind their interests. These cargo terminals are very helpful in the speed progress of the country.

In this episode, Divisional Railway Manager Sanjeev Kumar inaugurated the first Gati Shakti Cargo Terminal by Raipur Railway Division. On this occasion, senior branch officers of Operations, Commercial Signal and Telecommunications, Engineering TRD departments of Raipur Railway Division were also present. The first cargo terminal of Raipur Railway Division was flagged off from JK Lakshmi Cement Ahirwar to Rashmi Cement Kharagpur. The rack was dispatched after loading Klinker in it. This will increase the freight loading done by Raipur Railway Division, increase the revenue of Raipur Railway Division as well as Raipur Railway Division has got a new center for loading and unloading. From where other freight customers will also be able to send their goods.
