Preparations on to shift Anwar Dhebar, Arvind Singh to different jails

Raipur (Team Newsbuddy): Hearing on the matter of keeping businessman Anwar Dhebar and former BSP worker Arvind Singh, who were arrested by EOW in the liquor scam case, in different jails outside Raipur Central Jail has been postponed. The lawyers of Anwar Dhebar and Arvind Singh have requested the court to give time to respond in this matter, which has been accepted by the court.

EOW made this demand from the court

On April 20, the Economic Offences Investigation Bureau had demanded from the court that Anwar Dhebar and Arvind Singh be sent to different jails outside Raipur Central Jail. On April 20, the defense lawyers had requested for time to respond, then the hearing on this issue was postponed till April 25.

Whether the jail will be shifted or not will be decided on May 2

When this matter came up in the ACB special court on April 25, the lawyers of Anwar Dhebar and Arvind Singh requested for time again, which the court has accepted. Now the hearing in this case will be held on May 2 and the court’s decision is also likely to come out.
