Sukma SP Kiran Chavan said that the soldiers had received information that a large number of Naxalites are present in the Raigudam area. Based on this information, DRG and Cobra battalion soldiers were sent to the spot. Seeing the soldiers coming, the Naxalites opened fire. After which the soldiers also took charge and gave a befitting reply to the bullets of the Naxalites. Seeing the soldiers getting the upper hand in the firing from both sides, the Naxalites fled taking cover of the forest. At present, the soldiers are still present on the spot and the search is going on.
