If BJP government formed, paddy will be purchased from Odisha farmers at Rs 3100: Vishnudev Sai

Raipur/Bargarh (Team Newsbuddy): Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, who reached Odisha to take a public meeting, expressed happiness over the BJP’s Sankalp Patra there and said that on the lines of Chhattisgarh, farmers will be given Rs 3100 for their paddy here too. He said that today Chhattisgarh has emerged as an example in the matter of paddy purchase. After the formation of a double engine government in Odisha, like Chhattisgarh, here too mothers will be given financial help through Subhadra Yojana like Mahtari Vandan.

He said that we come from Chhattisgarh, famous as the “rice bowl”. Where the food provider is God and the paddy ear shines like gold on the forehead of the mother. Therefore, farmers are everything in Chhattisgarh, for which our BJP government is dedicated. There, our government is buying paddy from farmers at the rate of Rs. 3100 per quintal as promised, and is also paying the difference in lump sum amount. Twenty four lakh seventy two thousand farmers of the state have benefited from this. This promise is also included in the BJP manifesto in Odisha. As soon as the BJP government is formed here on June 4, paddy will be purchased here too at the rate of Rs. 3100 per quintal.
