Progress will be seen in district with quick resolution of problems: School Education Secretary

More and more summer camps should be organized to give creative opportunities to children

Raipur (Team Newsbuddy): School Education Department Secretary Siddharth Komal Pardeshi said today at the closing ceremony of the 5-day state level training session of divisional and district officials at the Chhattisgarh Administration Academy that training of divisional and district officials is necessary for better implementation of administrative work in the School Education Department. Now training of block level officials will also be organized. He said that the right decision can be taken only when there is knowledge of rules and regulations. This will make the work faster and progress will be visible.

Pardeshi emphasized that it is also necessary for the officials to know who is capable of which work. We should take decisions according to the powers given under our jurisdiction. He said that now there is a need to study the promotion process in the School Education Department. The School Education Secretary said that more and more summer camps should be organized to give creative opportunities to the children. He expressed hope to everyone that now we will take quick and appropriate decisions for the children and teachers. Pardeshi further said that after receiving the 5 days training, he has become a skilled trainer and now all the block level officers including the Block Education Officers can organise training at their level.
