Pickup full of laborers fell into the ditch, 17 laborers dies

Kawardha: 17 people died after a pickup fell into a ditch in Kukdur police station area of ​​​​Kawardha district on Monday. There were 25 people in the pickup. The death toll may increase further. It is being told that the laborers riding the pickup were returning after plucking tendu leaves. The incident took place near Bahpani village. The police team has just reached the spot. According to Kawardha SP Abhishek Pallav, 17 people including 14 women have died in the incident, while 8 other injured have been sent to the hospital for treatment.

Information has been received about the death of 15 people due to the overturning of a pickup vehicle in Kukdur police station area of ​​​​Kawardha district. All were returning home from the forest after plucking tendu leaves.
