Summer Camp: Children thrilled to see long rail pat made in steel plant

Raipur(Team Newsbuddy): School children of Raigarh were thrilled to see steel plant and power plant in the educational tour organized during the summer camp. On the initiative of the District Administration Raigarh, the children of government schools were taken on a tour of the steel plant. During the tour, the school children were given detailed information about the aspects related to steel production and were given an overview of the steel plant. These children also visited the power plant.

On this occasion, the technical experts of the Steel Power Plant showed the children the raw material production, raw materials area, process of making iron from ore, oxygen plant, method of making long rail pat, making plates from iron, mixing of iron and coal, nailing, coal washari etc. and provided detailed information about it.

It is worth noting that as per the instructions of the state government, summer camps are being organized in government schools. A 9-day summer camp is being organised under the instructions of Raigarh District Collector Kartikeya Goyal and under the guidance of Chief Executive Officer Jitendra Yadav. In Raigarh district, on the special initiative of the Collector, a district-level educational tour programme was organised under the special summer camp programme.

In this programme, more than 100 children and guiding teachers from Government High School Chandmari, Swami Atmanand Chakradhar Nagar, High School Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, Higher Secondary School Jute Mill, Government Natwar, Higher Secondary Kanya Shala School in Raigarh urban area visited the steel and power plant today and obtained information about various types of machines, process, production etc.
