30-Day Yoga Camp in Tulsi Nagar receives enthusiastic response

Indore (Team Newsbuddy): A 30-day yoga camp, organized by Hariom Yogpeeth in collaboration with Shri Tulsi Saraswati Social Welfare Society, is currently taking place at the Saraswati Temple Yoga Center in Tulsi Nagar. The camp’s goal is to raise health awareness among the residents of Tulsi Nagar and surrounding colonies, urging them to prioritize their health and embrace holistic living through yoga practice.
The camp runs daily from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM, featuring various yoga and pranayama techniques taught by Yoga Guru Ramesh Patil, the founder of Hariom Yogpeeth. Women, the elderly, and youth from Tulsi Nagar and nearby colonies are actively participating in the camp, benefiting greatly from the yoga sessions.
KK Jha, Rajesh Tomar, Shambhunath Singh, Sanjay Yadav, and Basant Naik from Shri Tulsi Social Welfare Society stated that the purpose of organizing this yoga camp is to raise awareness among residents about maintaining health through yoga. Despite the intense heat, a large number of residents are practicing yoga regularly under the guidance of Yoga Guru Ramesh Patil, inspired to lead healthier lives.
Notably, Yoga Guru Ramesh Patil has been conducting free yoga sessions every morning from 6:00 AM to 7:30 AM at MR 4 Garden in Mahalaxmi Nagar for the past 15 years. Many women and elderly individuals in the area have incorporated yoga into their daily routines, overcoming serious illnesses and leading healthier lives as a result.

The yoga camp has fostered a sense of community and well-being among the participants. The regular practice sessions have not only improved physical health but also enhanced mental well-being, providing a holistic approach to health management. The collaborative effort between Hariom Yogpeeth and Shri Tulsi Saraswati Social Welfare Society has been instrumental in making this camp a success, highlighting the importance of community-driven health initiatives.
