PM Modi also expressed condolences

Hyderabad (Team Newsbuddy): Ramoji Film City founder Ramoji Rao passed away this morning in Hyderabad, Telangana. Ramoji Rao died during treatment at Star Hospital in Hyderabad. He breathed his last at 3:45 am. It is being told that 87-year-old Ramoji Rao was admitted to Star Hospital in Hyderabad on Friday due to ill health. However, during treatment, he passed away at 3.45 am on Saturday. Ramoji Rao’s body will be kept for last darshan at Ramoji Film City.

PM Modi expressed condolences

PM Modi has also expressed condolences on the demise of Ramoji Rao. PM Modi has written in a post on social media platform X that ‘The demise of Ramoji Rao Garu is extremely sad. He was a visionary who revolutionised Indian media. His rich contributions have left an indelible mark on journalism and the film industry. Through his remarkable efforts, he set new standards of innovation and excellence in the media and entertainment world. Ramoji Rao Garu was extremely passionate about India’s development. I am fortunate to have had many opportunities to interact with him and benefit from his wisdom. My condolences to his family, friends and countless fans during this difficult time.’
