Corporation will have its own e-portal

Indore (Team Newsbuddy): Municipal Corporation Indore has got a big success. Due to the continuous efforts of Mayor Pushyamitra Bhargava, Commissioner Shivam Verma and Information Technology Incharge Rajesh Udavat, the Madhya Pradesh government has given approval to Municipal Corporation Indore to create its own e-portal. This decision has been taken with the aim of facilitating the revenue collection of Municipal Corporation Indore and solving the problems being faced by the citizens. The e-portal of the corporation will be modernized and will be made with a view to providing facilities to maximum number of citizens in the present time.

The e-Nagar Palika portal of the government was facing technical difficulties for a long time, due to which not only revenue collection was getting affected, but citizens were also facing many types of problems. Due to e-Nagar Palika, the salary of the employees of the Municipal Corporation was also not being paid on time. Due to frequent closure of the portal and technical errors, it had become a challenge for the citizens to get the services of the Municipal Corporation on time.

Mayor Pushyamitra Bhargava said that this portal of the corporation will prove to be an important step in providing facilities to the citizens and will also simplify and strengthen our revenue collection process. The corporation has received another facility in making Indore a metropolis. The corporation will have its own control when it has its own portal. The corporation will be able to provide maximum facilities to the citizens of the city through the e-portal.”

Commissioner Shivam Verma informed that all the services of the Municipal Corporation will be integrated through the new e-portal, which will improve the quality of services and citizens will get quick and effective solutions.

With this initiative, Indore Municipal Corporation will now be able to provide even better and smooth services to its citizens, which will contribute to the overall development of the city and the corporation will have ease and convenience in doing all its work on time.
