Bail petition of suspended woman IAS Ranu Sahu, accused in coal scam case, rejected

Bilaspur( Team Newsbuddy): Bail petition of suspended woman IAS Ranu Sahu, accused in jail in a coal scam case, has been rejected. After the hearing of both the sides in the special court of ACB/EOW on Tuesday on the bail petition, the judge had reserved the decision till Thursday. After the court proceedings started this morning, the special judge, while giving the first verdict, dismissed the bail petition….. While rejecting the petition, the court said that along with showing involvement in the crime, the possibility of influencing the investigation of the case if the benefit of bail is given, cannot be ruled out, on this basis the petition has been dismissed . Recently Ranu Sahu was granted bail by the Supreme Court in the ECIR registered in the ED case, but Ranu Sahu Ranu Sahu will have to remain in jail due to being in judicial remand of ACB/EOW.
