Expert Chetan Tarwani told that while calling the names of the guests in the welcome speech, the upper to lower formula should be used. Before inviting a guest on the stage, his special qualities should be mentioned. The purpose of the program should be told and the achievements and demands of the organization should also be mentioned. The upper to lower formula should also be kept in mind while giving the thank you speech. While giving a tribute speech, one should never point out any shortcomings. If you want to talk about someone whom you have never met, then one should start by taking his children as the basis. Although I never met my father, but I know his son and by looking at his values, one can understand what kind of personality he had!
