Melbourne/Mumbai (Team Newsbuddy): Actor Vikrant Massey’s film ’12th Fail’ has won the Best Film Award at The Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM) 2024, which is held every year around 15 August in Australia. Actor Kartik Aaryan won the Best Actor Award at this fair and director Imtiaz Ali’s film ‘Amar Singh Chamkila’ shone here as the most unique film.
Last night was the night of awards at The Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM) 2024. The presence of Ram Charan and AR Rahman added to the glory of the film festival. Both also won the two highest awards of the evening. Hundreds of people gathered here enjoyed this evening in Melbourne to their heart’s content. Fans of Indian film stars were seen very restless to get a glimpse of them.
As everyone had guessed from Kartik Aaryan’s presence in this ceremony, he won the Best Actor award this year. The film ‘Chandu Champion’ may have flopped at the box office but Kartik Aaryan’s acting in it has been praised all over the world. Kartik is also among those few actors of the new generation who have made their own place in Hindi cinema without joining any big group.
