Chhattisgarh Health Minister Jaiswal invited to EPPI Con 2024 at Stanford University

Raipur (Team Newsbuddy): Chhattisgarh Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal has been invited to attend the EPPI Con 2024 conference, scheduled to be held at Stanford University from September 10 to September 22. The invitation was extended by the Director of Global Outreach at Stanford University, in collaboration with IIM Raipur. The conference aims to discuss and enhance Chhattisgarh’s health system, focusing on strengthening the state’s primary health units, including ASHA workers and Mitanins. A key objective of the conference is to advance the digital literacy of ASHAs and Mitanins and improve their capabilities through training programmes conducted in partnership with IIM, IIT, AIIMS, and NNLU. The ultimate goal is to ensure that essential and trained health services are more accessible at the grassroots level in the state.
