MPMRCL managing director inspects progress work of Indore metro
2 min readIndore (Team Newsbuddy): S Krishna Chaitanya, IAS, Managing Director, Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MPMRCL) , conducted a field inspection of the weekly progress of Indore Metro Super Priority Corridor. The Managing Director first inspected the Gandhinagar Depot where he conducted a field inspection of inspection-bay, unloading-bay, sub-station etc. and directed to complete the remaining works soon for commercial run.
After that, he inspected various works going on from Gandhinagar Station to Super Corridor-03.
This was the third visit of the Managing Director to Indore and he will review and inspect the progress of the construction work of the priority corridor going on in Indore every week.
The Managing Director also inspected the Receiving Sub-Station (RSS) being constructed at MR-10. The Managing Director directed all the stakeholders to work in mutual coordination so that all the work can be completed smoothly and on time.

Krishna Chaitanya, IAS, Managing Director, Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation held a review meeting with all the stakeholders at Indore Metro office yesterday and today he conducted on-site inspection of the construction work going on at Super Priority Corridor (Gandhi Nagar to Super Corridor-03) and Receiving Sub-Station (RSS) at MR-10 and Gandhinagar Depot and held detailed discussions with all stakeholders on all aspects.
The Managing Director will take stock of the updated progress and achievements against the target from all the stakeholders in Indore Metro every week. He appealed to all the officers of the Metro project, representatives of the General Consultant and the contractors to bring the Metro project on the ground by giving their best contribution so that Metro facilities can be made available to the general public as soon as possible.
The review meeting of the Managing Director was attended by senior officers including Shobhit Tandon, Director (Systems), Shri Ajay Gupta, Director (Projects), Ajay Kumar General Manager Civil (Underground), Ranveer Singh Rajput, General Manager Civil (Elevated) along with representatives of General Consultants and Metro construction contractors
