Judicial inquiry into Prashant Sahu’s death demanded

Raipur (Team Newsbuddy): Prashant Sahu, who was in jail in the Loharidih case of Kawardha district, has died. State Congress Communication Department President Sushil Anand Shukla said that Prashant was brutally beaten up by the police. He was also taken to the hospital for treatment before being sent to jail. The family members of the deceased also allege that the police had beaten him, due to which he died. Injury marks have also been found in the post-mortem. The police of the BJP government in the entire state including Kawardha remains barbaric and dictatorial. Due to the negligence of the police in Kawardha, such a gruesome incident took place, a person was killed. The police did not take action. As a result of this incident, a person was burnt alive. After this incident, the entire village has been made accused. The police was venting its anger on the villagers, giving inhuman torture. Ultimately, a person died due to police beating.
State Congress Communication Department President Sushil Anand Shukla said that an impartial judicial inquiry should be conducted into Prashant Sahu’s death and strict action should be taken against the culprits. Ever since the BJP government has been formed in the state, the police has become completely useless and conspiratorial under the protection of those in power. The people sitting in the government are not allowing the police to do its basic work, sometimes actions are taken against innocent people, sometimes conspiracies are made against the opposition leaders. The police has stopped doing its basic work of maintaining law and order.

State Congress Communication Department President Sushil Anand Shukla said that the Home Minister should resign taking moral responsibility for the law and order of the state and the anarchy of the police.
