Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao attends Pratibha Samman ceremony
2 min readRaipur (Team Newsbuddy) : Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao attended the Tehsil level Pratibha Samman ceremony organized in Borai of Durg district in memory of the death anniversary of late Dau Uttam Sao as the chief guest. Addressing the ceremony, he said that the society and the country should move forward by following the path shown by their ancestors. The society which will move with time will be ahead in development. Sharing the experiences of his recently concluded stay in America, he said that many youths of Sahu community are also bringing glory to the society and the state with their talent and ability, increasing the pride of the society. I have just come back after meeting many such youths.
Deputy Chief Minister Sao said in his address that Sahu community is a society that moves forward taking all the societies along. We all have to fulfill the dreams of our ancestors with organized efforts. He assured to gradually fulfill the demands put forth by the society. In the ceremony, Sahu honored the talents of Sahu community who have done notable work in the field of art, education and culture by presenting them mementos.
Former Minister Jageshwar Sahu and Ramshila Sahu also addressed the Pratibha Samman ceremony. In the program, Jagmohan Sahu gave detailed information about the personality and deeds of Samaj Ratna late Dau Uttam Sahu. Many social officials and public representatives including Durg District President of Sahu community Nandlal Sahu and Durg Tehsil President Pusau Sahu were also present in the program in large numbers
