13 killed as boat capsizes after collision near Gateway of India

Mumbai (Team Newsbuddy): A boat carrying dozens of passengers from the Gateway of India in Mumbai to Elephanta Island capsized after a collision on Wednesday. According to the information, a naval speed boat hit the passenger ship. A video of the accident has also surfaced in which the boat is seen sinking in the water. In the video, people wearing life jackets are seen rescuing the passengers.

CM Devendra Fadnavis has informed that a naval boat collided with a passenger ship named Neelkamal. At present, 101 have been rescued and 13 people have died, including 10 civilians and three naval personnel. The condition of five is said to be critical.
