Bhilai. Flag hoisting was done on the auspicious occasion of Republic Day at Shri Shankaracharya Professional University, Bhilai and awards were also distributed to the students. The programme was inaugurated after the flag hoisting by the chief guest and speaker of the programme, Chancellor of the University, IP Mishra. On this occasion, Vice Chancellor of Shankaracharya Professional University, Bhilai,there was the dignified presence of (Dr.) A.K.Jha, Registrar, P.K.Mishra and SSTC Director, Dr. P.B. Deshmukh. Today the whole nation is immersed in the joy of Republic Day. The Indian Constitution has not only given us the right to live but has also given us the right to every kind of freedom. The above address was given by the chief guest of the program, Shri IP Mishra GK. Addressing all the students, he said that today we have struggled for a long time for the right to speak, eat and wear anything. Expressing his views on universities and education, he said that today the country is developing day by day. But no matter how much technology develops, the youth should not forget to respect their teachers. He further said that Google cannot be the solution to all your problems. The importance of teachers and schools has never and will never diminish. Today more than five thousand are associated with our organization. After the program, like every year, the successful students of last year were given lotus flowers by the Chancellor, Sakshi Jagdale, Muhammad Masood Ali. Kashish Gupta, Muskaan Bagde, Soumya Singh, Isha Agarwal, Anjali Gaherwal, R. Shridhar, Aankana Sen, Harsha Kukreja, Himanshu Dewangan, Pallavi Verma, Saumya Agarwal were awarded medals, certificates and cash prizes and teachers were also given certificates and cash prized for their top performance in the field of research of the institute.
