BJP is misusing central agencies to gain edge in Lok Sabha polls- Bhagat

Raipur(TEAM NEWS BUDDY).. Senior Congress leader and former minister Amarjeet Bhagat, while addressing a press conference at Rajiv Bhawan, said that BJP is harassing the leaders of opposition parties by putting pressure on central agencies through its central government. A conspiracy is hatched to harass and defame them politically. In Chhattisgarh too, ED and IT actions were taken continuously during the five years of Congress government. The Central Government got fake proceedings done to defame the then Congress government. In view of the Lok Sabha elections, leaders of opposition parties are being harassed in many states of the country including Chhattisgarh. In this connection, an IT raid was conducted at my house also. In Jharkhand, so much pressure was put on Chief Minister Hemant Soren that he had to resign and was put in jail.* My house was raided on the same day when Hemant Soren’s resignation was being taken, both these actions were not just a coincidence, it is a conspiracy. There is an attempt to defame the tribal leadership. This is an attempt to give the message that it is the leaders of non-BJP parties who are causing trouble in the entire country, whereas in reality it is not so. A conspiracy is being hatched against non-BJP leaders and they are being implicated. BJP does not want people from the deprived class to lead. * During the IT proceedings in my house, I and my family members were mentally harassed. We were not allowed to do daily routine work. Nothing undeclared was found from our house, whatever was found is in our books, we had already declared it. * I am being asked to account for the temple built with public cooperation. Now BJP also wants the account of temple construction. * I and my family are being threatened. It seems that the IT officials harassed him for four days.
