Raipur. State Higher Education Minister Brijmohan Aggarwal today participated in the annual festival cum competition Carnival-2024 of Rungta Group of Institutions Bhilai.
While addressing the carnival, Higher Education Minister Aggarwal said that students should study dedicatedly for higher education, so that their career can become bright.
