SECR Raipur Division earns Rs 5000 cr revenue as freight income

Raipur – Raipur Division has earned the highest freight loading income by working hard even in adverse conditions with the combined, continuous and disciplined efforts of its dedicated railway employees. In the current financial year 2023-24, till 23 March 2024, Raipur Railway Division has achieved the historic 5000 crore freight loading revenue by performing its best till date.

This record of achieving 5000 crore freight loading income in the current financial year 2023-24 is the best performance of Raipur Division till date. Raipur Railway Division has played a helpful role in the progress of the country by providing this unprecedented service to various states of the country. The goods loaded during this period include steel, rice, coal, clinker, iron ore, cement, food grains, dolomite, limestone etc.

This achievement was made possible under the direction of Divisional Railway Manager Sanjeev Kumar and able guidance of Indian Railway Traffic Service officers.

On the occasion of this achievement, happiness was expressed by cutting a cake in the presence of Divisional Railway Manager Sanjeev Kumar in the control room. Divisional Railway Manager congratulated all his employees and officers for this achievement and encouraged them for better work.
