Traveling on National Highway will be expensive, toll tax is going to increase

Raipur (Team Newsbuddy): Traveling on National Highway is going to be expensive from next month. New toll tax rates are going to be implemented from April 1. Due to this, the journey from Raipur to Jagdalpur will now become expensive. The toll tax levied between Dhamtari and Kanker will increase. Toll tax of all commercial vehicles, buses, trucks will increase. NHAI has issued a notification to increase toll tax.
From April 1, 2024, traveling on National Highway is going to be expensive. Now more toll tax will have to be paid than before while passing through the toll plaza. Tax will be levied at an increased rate from April 1 at the toll plazas present on national highways. For this, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has issued a notification.

There are 3 toll plazas between Raipur and Jagdalpur. Currently it costs Rs 165. This toll tax can increase from Rs 5 to Rs 20 from April 1.
