Jio adds most customers in MP – Chhattisgarh circle in January 2024 – TRAI’s report

Mumbai: The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has released the latest report. In the January 2024 report, Jio’s excellent performance continues in the Madhya Pradesh-Chhattisgarh circle. According to TRAI data, all telecom companies have 7.8 crore mobile customers in the Madhya Pradesh-Chhattisgarh circle. At the same time, the number of customers using wireline broadband internet is 16.2 lakh. In these figures, the number of Jio mobile customers has exceeded 4.2 crores. At the same time, the customers using Jio Fiber Internet are more than 7.4 lakh.

If we look at the data of TRAI’s report, the number of Jio mobile subscribers was 4.18 crores in December 2023. Whereas, in January 2024, this number has increased to more than 4.23 crores. Jio’s market share in Madhya Pradesh-Chhattisgarh mobile users reached 56.9 percent. On the other hand, Jio Fiber’s market share in broadband internet service provider is more than 45.9 percent.

Jio’s True 5G service is available in 86 districts and 645 towns of both states in Madhya Pradesh-Chhattisgarh circle. Jio has more than 10 thousand mobile towers in both states, which is more than three times that of other telecom operators.
