Raipur Lok Sabha polls: Congress confident of win:Thakur

Raipur. Senior spokesperson of the state Congress Dhananjay Singh Thakur said that BJP should give the account of 40 years to the people of Raipur Lok Sabha constituency. For the last 40 years, BJP leaders have been representing Raipur Lok Sabha and Brijmohan Agarwal has been an MLA for the last 40 years. Both of them should give an account of the work they have done for Raipur and Lok Sabha constituency in 40 years.

Senior spokesperson of the state Congress Dhananjay Singh Thakur said that during these 40 years, BJP has been in power in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh and BJP has also formed government at the center, despite that why has Raipur Lok Sabha constituency always remained backward? In the last 5 years, the people of Raipur Lok Sabha have not been able to get trains on time. The central government has also been discriminating against Chhattisgarh and there have been many other center-borne problems, but BJP MPs have never raised the problems of Raipur. Why should the people give them another chance?
