Calling the previous Congress government of the state as a fraud with the public, Sai said that in 2018, Congress had gained power in the state by making a lot of populist promises, but during the entire five-year rule, it did not fulfill a single promise. Chhattisgarh was made a stronghold of corruption and crime. The Bhupesh government, which has done scams after scams, has shamed the state by committing corruption even in cow dung. Many Congress leaders and many senior government officials are in jail on charges of these scams and they are not even getting bail, on the contrary, the court is imposing fines on asking for bail.

CM Sai said that an FIR has been registered against former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, Congress candidate from Rajnandgaon, in the Mahadev app scam and he is also accused of taking Rs 508 crore as protection money in the name of protecting this app. Sai roared in the meeting that this time the Congress account should not be allowed to open in the state and the people of Rajnandgaon should defeat the Congress in such a way that Baghel cannot even look at Rajnandgaon again. He appealed to the public to make the BJP victorious with a huge majority.
