Amit Shah files nomination from Gandhinagar

Gandhinagar (Team Newsbuddy): Union Home Minister and senior BJP leader Amit Shah on Friday filed his nomination from Gandhinagar seat for the Lok Sabha elections. During this, Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel was also present with him.

Voting is to be held in Gandhinagar on May 7. After filing the nomination, Home Minister Amit Shah said, today I have filed my nomination from Gandhinagar seat. It is a matter of pride for me that this seat was represented by LK Advani, Atal Bihari Vajpayee and the seat from which PM Narendra Modi himself is a voter. The Bharatiya Janata Party has given me an opportunity to represent the same seat. I have been an MLA, MP from this seat for 30 years. From here I have reached Parliament from a booth worker. The people of this area have given me immense love.

He further said, under the leadership of Narendra Modi, first as Chief Minister and later as Prime Minister, the Bharatiya Janata Party government did a lot of work in this area. In just these 5 years, development work worth more than 22,000 crores has been done in Gandhinagar Lok Sabha constituency. Whenever I came to seek votes for the party and for myself, the people here have blessed me with great enthusiasm and heart and have always made me victorious in the elections with a strong majority. This time the election is to make Narendra Modi the Prime Minister for the third time.

Amit Shah said that I want to appeal to the people of Gandhinagar. PM Modi has made the country safe, has made the country prosperous and he has worked to revive new enthusiasm and new hope in the lives of more than 80 crore people. In this election, the whole country is excited to make Narendra Modi the PM for the third time with 400 plus. I have gone to every corner of the country before and after the announcement of the elections, everywhere BJP workers along with the Bharatiya Janata Party are welcomed with Modi-Modi slogans.
