No coaching classes for students below 16 yr in MP
1 min readBhopal(Team Newsbuddy): Now students below 16 years of age will not be able to study in coaching in the state. Also, coaching operators will not be able to charge arbitrary fees. Madhya Pradesh Higher Education Department has issued an order in this regard on the guidelines issued by the Central Government. However, the state government will have to prepare a draft to implement this order and inform the coaching institutes.
According to the order issued, now arbitrariness will not be allowed in any coaching institute of the state. Recently the central government had issued this order in view of the increasing cases of students taking suicidal steps. After this, the state government has taken cognizance of this and issued an order. Let us tell you that currently there are more than 40 thousand coaching institutes in the state. Many of these coaching centers give admission from lower classes, in which students below 16 years of age are included. Madhya Pradesh Coaching Association has welcomed this order of the Higher Education Department. It has also been demanded that the government should prepare a Coaching Control and Regulation Act to follow the order.
Fine of Rs 25,000 for the first time
According to the guidelines issued, if the coaching registration and other instructions are found to be violated, a fine of Rs 25,000 can be imposed for the first time and Rs 1 lakh for the second time. After this, the registration can be cancelled for the third time.
