Sanjay Singh expelled from district for one year

Durg (Team Newsbuddy): Vicious crook Sanjay Singh Rajput of the district has been expelled from the district for one year. The action of expulsion from the district was taken on the instructions of Collector and District Magistrate Richa Prakash Chaudhary to maintain peace during the Lok Sabha elections. Along with Durg, Sanjay Singh has been ordered to move out or leave the borders of the border districts Raipur, Bemetara, Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan, Rajnandgaon, Balod and Dhamtari districts within a week from the date of passing the order. Sanjay Singh will be prohibited from entering the borders of the said districts without permission for a period of one year from this date.

In the report presented by Superintendent of Police Durg Jitendra Shukla, it was told that since 1994, the accused has been involved in crimes like intimidating common people by showing weapons, beating them, abusing the general public, threatening to kill them, causing fatal injuries, selling illegal liquor, extorting money in connivance with anti-social elements, terrorizing the general public by brokering land, robbery, gambling. Action has been taken against him under 13 criminal and restrictive sections in Mohan Nagar police station, yet there has been no improvement in his behavior. Even when the court issued a show cause notice to Sanjay Singh, he did not submit any answer. By taking unilateral action against the miscreant, his opportunity to support his side has been ended and District Magistrate Richa Prakash Chaudhary has banished Sanjay Singh Rajput from the district with the aim of maintaining peace and law and order in the area.
