Chances of rain in southern Chhattisgarh

Raipur (Team Newsbuddy): Rainfall activities in the state have not ended completely yet. According to meteorologist AP Chandra, cyclonic circulation is extended up to 0.9 km height over South Bihar, due to which there is a possibility of light rain or thundershowers at one or two places on Friday. At the same time, the sky is expected to be partly cloudy in the capital and the maximum temperature is expected to be 41 degree Celsius, while the minimum temperature is expected to be 28 degree Celsius.

Meanwhile, on Thursday, three cm of rain was recorded in Lalunga of the state including the capital, one cm each in Gharghora, Sitapur and Katghora. The maximum temperature in the state was recorded at 43.8 degree Celsius in Korba and the minimum temperature was 21.2 degree Celsius in Narayanpur.

According to the data of the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature is below average in all other places except Rajnandgaon. It is two degrees Celsius above average in Rajnandgaon. Apart from this, it is three degrees below average in Mana, Bilaspur and Jagdalpur, and up to two degrees Celsius below normal average in Durg, Ambikapur and Pendra Road.

Apart from this, the minimum temperature is below average in some areas and above average in some areas. It is 1.2 degrees above average in Jagdalpur, 0.8 degrees above average in Bilaspur, 0.3 degrees above average in Pendra Road, while it is 4.1 degrees below average in Durg, 2.3 degrees below average in Ambikapur and up to 0.1 degrees Celsius below average in Mana
