Ruckus in Indi alliance meeting: Rahul-Akhilesh left without giving speech

Prayagraj (Team Newsbuddy): Due to heavy chaos on the stage during a joint rally organized in support of Samajwadi Party (SP) candidate Amarnath Maurya from Phulpur Lok Sabha seat in UP, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi left the venue without giving a speech. A senior official of the Samajwadi Party gave this information.

He said that a large number of people broke the barricades and climbed on the stage, due to which there was no space left on the stage. He said that both Akhilesh Yadav and Rahul Gandhi were present in this rally organized at Padila Mahadev in Phulpur Lok Sabha constituency, but both did not address the gathering.

This senior official said that now both the leaders will address the joint rally in Mungari of Yamunapar. The ‘India’ alliance has given Allahabad seat to Congress from where Ujjwal Raman Singh is the candidate. At the same time, Samajwadi Party has fielded its candidate Amarnath Maurya from Phulpur seat. Two rallies of the ‘India’ alliance were proposed on Sunday.
