New Delhi (Team Newsbuddy): Addressing a public meeting in Delhi, Rahul Gandhi said that if we come to power, we will make the first job of the youth permanent. Under the ‘First Job Pucca Yojana’, we will give employment to the youth.
Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, while seeking votes for the Aam Aadmi Party and Congress alliance in Delhi during a public meeting on Saturday, said that there is a broom in the hand symbol. Rahul Gandhi said that when his government comes, he will first stop the Agniveer scheme. GST will be simplified. There will not be five different types of taxes in GST, there will be only one tax and that too will be the least tax. Banks will give loans to small traders of Chandni Chowk and the country. He said that Made in Chandni Chowk will compete with Made in China.
The public meeting was organized under the Chandni Chowk parliamentary constituency. During this, all the three Congress candidates contesting from Delhi, Jaiprakash Agarwal from Chandni Chowk, Kanhaiya Kumar from North East Delhi and Udit Raj from North West Delhi were present. Rahul appealed to the people of Delhi to vote and said that out of the 7 seats in Delhi, vote for the hand symbol on three seats and vote for the broom symbol on the remaining four seats. He said that a complete list of all the families below the poverty line in Delhi and the country will be made. One lakh rupees per year will be given in the bank account of one woman from every such family. Rahul Gandhi said that we will provide this benefit to every poor family in the entire country. He said that farmers will be given minimum support price (MSP). Workers will be given Rs 400 for MNREGA. Rahul Gandhi also raised the issue of gas cylinder prices in the Delhi meeting. He said that unemployment has increased during the BJP rule. He said that if we come to power, we will make the first job of the youth permanent. Under the ‘First Job Pakki Yojana’, we will provide employment to the youth. Also, the poor will be given 10 kg grain per month free of cost.
