Sheikh Hasina and her entire team had to leave Bangladesh to avoid the crowd. She was in trouble at that time. The angry mob had also entered the Prime Minister’s residence. Meanwhile, sources said that the members deployed with the Bangladeshi delegation helped her buy clothes and items of daily use. Even after 48 hours of coming to India, Sheikh Hasina and her team are staying in a safe house near the airbase.
‘Money fell short’
According to media reports, Sheikh Hasina had purchased essential items for herself and her sister from the shopping complex built at Hindon Air Force Station. She bought clothes for herself and her sister. According to the information, she made a purchase of about Rs 30,000. She made the payment in Indian currency but some money fell short, after which she used Bangladeshi currency.
Will stay in India till she gets asylum in another country
According to sources, India has allowed Sheikh Hasina to stay in another country till she gets asylum. Sources said that Indian security personnel and protocol officers are helping the team members to overcome their stress and shock. National Security Advisor Ajit Doval was the first to meet Sheikh Hasina and members of her entourage. The two sides discussed the present and future plans of the ousted prime minister.
